New guy in New York

Hello,
My names Ed and I live in the Catskill Area of NY. I have been an insurance property adjuster for 20 yrs with a number of companies. When I moved upstate I started working for other companies and inspection services. I totally agree with the salary issues for inspectors, they stink.
If I could just find one with a decent salary and a number of cases.
