Exposed plumbing in closet
Is there anything against having exposed supply plumbing and waste plumbing in the ceiling of a closet? I don't know why they did it but they did it.

I can't think of any reason it would be a problem.
But!!!!
The PEX is not supported properly and it could be easily damaged by something being pushed up against it. The lines really need to be protected from damage.

In addition to what Scott said, the ceiling needs to be sealed around those pipes.

If it weren't for lawyers, we would never need them.
