    Default Can this be correct?

Are the TPR valves allowed to be taped to pvc like this? Also, is that much flexible pipe supplying the water heaters allowed and should the white plastic supply piping be better secured?

All the above answers, plus many more things, including improperly supported (unsupported) piping.

sounds pleasant. I've heard you can get almost any smell out of a house -- except the smell of cat urine.

My house came with the smell of cat urine. It was really easy to get rid of in three simple steps:

    1) Remove all finish flooring and wall coverings.
    2) Remove wall and floor framing.
    3) Rebuild.

This method is sure to work on that house as well.

Who id this work? A 10 year old! OMG what a mess! I suppose this is one of those "defect rich environments" I hear about.
BTW, the tee fitting on the W/H vent is wrong. It supposed to be a Wye not a Tee.
As far as I know, PVC is not acceptable for a TPRV drain line as it does not meet the requirement of "heat resistant". Regular Sch 40 PVC is rated to 125, the TPRV is rated at 210 degrees on blow off.

I never would have believed it , But got a Rental Property Clean, ordor Free with a 1 part to 2 parts Hot Water Mixed in a plastic sprayer applied to the flooring.

Picked it up at the Big Orange Box in Cleaning Supply Area called Ordorban.

They apparently make a product for Pet Smell but just the Regular $12.00 a Gallon Stuff worked great. 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon of Hot water. Label said 32oz and 1 gallon of water so I doubled up on the cleaner.( it was Really Nasty )
