    Default Drain your drain

I am assuming this is incorrect. The home owners installed a drain at the bottom of all of the traps in the house.

    Thanks

Yep, not allowed and will defeat the self-scouring action in the traps. The home owner may have done it to allow the traps to be drained during winter to prevent freeze damage... boy what an odor must await during spring!

I agree, and will eventually leak, but it is a very simple and inexpensive fix.
