    Default Waste plumbing drains

These drains are connected to the waste plumbing for each bathroom sink and kitchen sink. This too cannot be correct or allowed?

    Thanks

Looks like they're running a "grey water" waste system. Toilets/showers go to the sewer/septic, sinks to the wild outdoors. You need to check with the municipality if they're allowed (probably not) and what the constraints are on discharge.

Slop buckets are required under all of those.
