    Default New Mold Detection Tool

Advnt Biotechnologies is preparing to introduce a unique, simple to use test for the detection of specific species of Aspergillus, Penicillium and Stachybotrys.

The test is known as a lateral flow assay or Hand-held assay (HHA). It utilizes antibodies to detect specific mold antigens and provide the user with a highly accurate result in as little as 3 minutes with a maximum of 10 minutes.

This is not a petri dish, lift tape or green/purple "Instant Mold Test" It is a test built on a solid testing foundation, used in the medical and biowarfare industry for years. It requires no capital expenditure or electronic reader equipment.

Unlike the ATP test which detects any and all living cells, regardless of what those cells are, the Advnt device detects only specific species of Aspergillus, Penicillium and Stachybotry such as Stachybotrys chlorohalonata, Stachybotrys microspora, Stachybotrys echinata and Stachybotrys chartarum, In addition, the device is also capable of detecting Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus and Penicillium brevicompactum.

For a limited time, Advnt is making samples of the device available to mold and home inspectors free of charge.

We believe the device will improve your sales lead and sales closing processes for projects, improve project turnaround time and help to reduce your costs significantly.

If the ability to obtain instant, highly accurate results for specific species of Aspergillus, Penicillium and Stachybotrys is of interest to you, please email me at danf@advnt.org and we will send you the results of an independent evaluation completed by an AIHA-accredited laboratory, a brochure about the product and 2 free samples.

You can also visit our web site at Biological Weapon Detection, Black Mold Test Kit, Biothreat Detection to learn more about Advnt Biotechnologies and our products for the detection of Biowarfare agents such as Anthrax, Ricin Toxin and Botulinum.

Please email me at danf@advnt.org to request your samples

    Thank you in advance

Click on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page and ask Brian if you can sponsor a forum.

Otherwise ... this site is not a place to place FREE ADVERTISING ... unless, of course, you want to provide your products to all users of this site for FREE.

    Dear Jerry,

    Thank you for your response

Advnt is making this product available, at no cost, to everyone on this site who has an interest in mold detection. We are limiting it to 1 shipment of sample per person but we do not have any other restrictions. If the response from the site is successful, Advnt will be looking to discuss with Brian the opportunities that exist for marketing the test devices on the Inspection News site.

We believe this new tool will allow the Home and Mold inspectors the opportunity to increase sales with a product to quickly diagnose whether a client is dealing with toxogenic molds.

I didn't think there was such a thing as toxic mold. I tell buyers that mold is toxic to some people the way peanut butter is toxic to some people. It all depends upon your sensitivities and allergies.

    Hi Jerry,

In way, you are correct, Mold itself is not toxic, however, the metabolic byproducts of some molds may be toxic as in MVOC's, the chemicals produced by fungi. And of course mycotoxins that can be harmful to humans and animals. Some people may have no reaction to molds while others can be significantly affected. As you know, there is a huge industry wrapped around the concern of how mold may affect humans.

Which is why you should click the 'Contact Us' link and sponsor a forum.

    Or maybe you already did?
