    Default copper wire

This is a down stream panel. Is that copper wire from the neutral buss and under that screw a bond? All grounding conductors are under a lug hidden behind that circuit wire that’s taped because taping must be easier than cutting to the right length. I need a quick answer if someone has one.

I have to send this off tonight. Thanks.

    Thom,

It certainly looks like it. One thing I can't tell is if the neutral and the ground bars are tied together.

Either way, if this is down-stream, it is wrong.

Thre is only the one bar that you see. First time I've ever seen this and wondering what he is doing. Thanks for the response.
