Default Hey who cut my county pad lock ?

I was on and inspection an the water dept guy shows up an looks in the box at the curb Hey who cut my county pad lock ? the buyer and I was standing adjacent to him and the buyer say the real estate agent did...

The buyer is a very nice guy he was ask a question and that just came out of his mouth... The water dept guy say I'm going to report this to the County D.A. office this agent is in a big mess and the water guy walks off.

Some inspectors have ask what do we do if the water is off...

    Don't cut any locks...

This agent will be buying a new lock for the water dept...

and charged for the water that was not accounted for.

Check your city and county ordnance's

This agent could be in a bit of a pinch the city and county needs money.

Sounds like the water guy doesn't care much for Realtors!

In my area it is a $250 fine for messing with a meter lock or not that has been turned off by the city.
