    Question Chimney flue location

Is this an acceptable set up for a metal chimney flue. It appears to be a double walled flue. It is wood burning and passes through the second floor exposed in a closet. Clothes racks have been added. Home was built in the late 60's. I realize the clothes should not be that close to the flue. Shouldn't this be enclosed? Thank you for your comments.

    Jody,

The flue system must be enclosed with the proper clearances to combustibles as listed on the chimney.
