Default Is this a safe installation?

Found in the basement under the stairs.
"Appears to be a safe installation".
Any ideas on how to open it?

Short of a safe cracker from the old folks home, dynamite comes to mind

I had a friend that bought a house years ago that had a huge safe in it. She ending up calling locksmiths until she found one that could get it open. She ended up with some cash, and some guns.

I can put you in touch with my uncle. He is a locksmith in NC but he might have some ideas he can share long distance. He has drilled and opened many safes. The process does not damage the safe except for the drill hole which can be welded closed.
