    Default Honeycombing in foundation

Piece of exposed rebar and honeycombing in foundation wall of home built in 1994. Minor moisture penetration on interior wall near this area, but not sure this was the cause. What do you report on when you see items like this.

16 year old home, no rust stains, no sign of related problems. I probably wouldn't say much.

I would inform them, but like Eric, I would probably not let off any lights or sirens.
