Default Old (not Stab-Lok) Federal breakers

I have never seen this type of federal breaker before. Recognizing that it is old and probably due for replacement, has anyone seen these before? I have seen other brands of old breakers, but not Federal.

    Thanks.

It's been a while since I have seen one of those. Last one looked just like that. 1920's house, inside a small entry closet. It looked OK, besides the double tapping of the breakers. It had old tin plated copper conductors in rubber sheathing-don't see that much.
