Default Finding This hard to believe

These are the model and serial numbers from a recent inspection. As I am reading it, this unit is 3 years old but it "looks" original which would be 14 years old. Am I reading this wrong? Rheem Model number RGRA09EZAJS Serial Number DF5D707F259605170. As I finished typing this and hit enter I realized what I did. Sorry to waste your time but did not know how to remove post.

    Rheem HVAC Follow the "F":

    XXXXXXXF2596XXXX

    F 25 96 = 25th week of 1996. Yep, approx. 14 years old.
