    Default Aluminum wire in panel

Found aluminum wiring at neutral bus bar in panel today, and with the rats nest of wiring it made it difficult to locate which breakers were serviced by this wire. It looked like copper at most of the breaker terminals. What course of action would you advise?

You were there but I would suspect that those red wire nuts have copper and aluminum wire to pigtail to the breaker. Of course that is wrong. I would advise giving out the CPSC aluminum wire info brochure and calling it out for a competent electrician to do repairs.
