Question PV panels over roof vents

Has anyone encountered Solar PV panels being installed over roof vents, plumbing vents, B-vents, exhaust vents. What criteria is being followed, what code sections pertain? Items of concern are the corrosiveness of Hydrogen Sulfide from sewer gases to the panel and electrical components, moisture from exhaust vents etc..

If you cover up vents then they are no longer venting. This is a no brainer.

Besides the obvious that Phillip mentioned. Check out the NRCA website. They have some docs on PV roof installation
