Default Plastic Pipe in the Attic

Any guesses as to why there's plastic PVC in the attic?

It looks like the part that extends up on the left is over the master bedroom, the horizontal potion passes over the bathroom and the right hand section that extends up is over the kitchen.

Here's the photo. (I thought it uploaded the first time - but apparently not).

That looks like ABS, not PVC.

Does your camera have a fish-eye lens?

Wide angle, but not fish-eye. You must be referring to the warped timber.

Nope. No central vac in the home.

That ABS line is sagging in the center, the is probably why Dom asked about if it was the camera - that line is not supported the way it is required to be (actually, that does not look to be supported at all).

My only guess as to why that is run that way is that someone 'intended' to run one vent to another vent and then run that vent through the roof, but someone forgot that last part.
