Fire Sprinkler System defects

Does anyone out there a picture, or two, of what the the defective sprinkler head looks like for the Central, Gem, Globe, and Star systems? I already have pictures of Omega heads.

Gem,Central and Star are all owned by Tyco Fire Products and have a good wesite with most of the info and pictures you would need.Same with Globe.Omega was made by Central and new data is also available.Not sure what problems Globe had other than someone was making some counterfit ones and using their name. All have departments that deal with recalls and defective equipment and have always been helpful during my 45+ years in the trade prior to retirement.
