    Default CRAWL SUPPORTS AND INSULATION

    hey all

this is the same house that had the chrome sink drain upsloped. 1921 house. check out the crawl and basement columns and supports. looks like house was built by fred and barnie. also check out the insulation--paper to warm side not and it says on paper--flamable cover with gypsum.house also had fpe pane.

wonder if seller had inspection when they purchased--they are young, will find out

It's a good thing they have that toilet brush down there (pic #3). You never know when the crawlspace toilet is gonna need a good scrubbing.

Toilet brush? That's the caveman's toothbrush. That first pic is a classic!
