What's wrong with this scenario?

There is not the required working space in front of the panel.
Oh yeah, the washer and dryer do not match.

Ready access to the electrical panel is obstructed by the placement of the washing machine. The plumbing stack and (pump) stack/vent on either side appear to encroach/restrict the working space by less than 30" width between them for the panel.Grounding type 120V receptacles have been required in residential laundry areas by the NEC since the 50s (first place in residence so required). Use of a 6 (or 4) from 2 plug-in receptacle adapter with the grounding pins removed is not sufficient or safe. Most mfg's of major appliances, i.e. clothes washing machines and gas dryers, etc. specify their cord and plug is to be direcly into a receptacle, and state the use of extension cords, and other intermediate devices is not recommended. Receptacle adapters, power strips and extension cords are not a proper substitute for permanent premisis wiring system. The 6- or 4-receptacle adapter beneath the electrical panel appears to project proud of the cabinet trim. The required available for use laundry circuit receptacle (so as to plug in iron, etc.) doesn't appear to be present. The 6 (or4) from 2 adapter at duplex receptacle does not satisfy this requirement, washer (and dryer) plus one available for occasional use laundry area. Sump pump or ejector not allowed on dedicated laundry area circuit. ("Dedicated" does not necessarily equal "individual" circuit).Wire Foil/mylar corregated "connector" through wall is not proper dryer ducting/venting material to or though the wall.

If the pipes do not extend beyond the face of the panel then they are not an obstruction.

The required available for use laundry circuit receptacle (so as to plug in iron, etc.) doesn't appear to be present. The 6 (or4) from 2 adapter at duplex receptacle does not satisfy this requirement, washer (and dryer) plus one available for occasional use laundry area.

There is NO such required "extra" receptacle. ONE receptacle for the "laundry" is all that code requires.
