Why did you choose to leave out of your message this important point?

Tell your inspectors - Home Inspection Seminar March 12 dont miss it! What happens if home inspection becomes Licenced??

Last time PHPIC had a meeting on licencing PHPIC attempted to have Laura Leyser a director with CREA (Cdn. Realestate Assoc.) brag that she could muster 4000 realestate agents to lobby the government on behalf of PHPIC to have home inspectors licenced in Ontario.

Fortunately the ruse did not go over so well because those of us in attendance made a stink.

We don't need any association kissing backsides by an industry which should be at arms length from inspections and Realtors.
