    Default Inquiries / Call Volume

Has anybody else seen a drop-off in call volume, inquiries, and website hits in the past few days? A lull seems to have set around here after a few brisk weeks.

Over the past 3-4 years I've been having 7-10 days a month of no, or a couple calls, then schedule 5-6 inspection in one day. This week 3 calls, hopefully Mon will bring those 6 calls

SPRING BREAK AND TAX TIME always puts a damper on it for a few weeks.

It's funny Rick. I always seem to post similar messages from one year to the next when things slow down and you have similar replies. We're like reruns.

The price of fuel probably isn't helping. When all of the money is going into the fuel tank, the little pot of gold set aside for ernest money and (perhaps) inspections gets a little smaller every week.

Business for me in Colorado Springs has been really busy the last couple of weeks and even busier this week. Even though I have been busy I know it can change in a heart beat. I sure do hope this economy and Real Estate market will turn around soon.
