    Default Career Day

I'm speaking at my son's school for career day today at 2:00pm. I hope the crowd isn't too rough.

Try not to embarrass him too bad.

Ha ha. It was good. The kids were funny. I pulled out a length of romex with exposed ends as an example of a possible safety hazard. One kid was saying "there's one of those in my house, there's one of those in my room, there's one of those on my ceiling, etc". Hmmmmmm....don't touch it.

Of course all the stories come out about "we had a bird in our house" or "we had a squirrel in our attic". Funny stuff. It was a nice way to end a busy week.

When I did Career Day two years ago, our son was in kindergarten and was in on one of my presentations. He was paying attention to everything but me. He was a model citizen today.
