    Default Fuse Block

If the service disco is a pull out fuse block, the rules for a down stream panel are still the same as if it were a disconnect breaker, correct? I'm referring to the separation of the neutrals and grounds as well as the floating neutral.

Why would it change just because it was a fusible pullout VS a circuit breaker? In answer to your question they would be the same.
