Default Proper trap under kitch sink?

Can anyone see an issue with the trap on the right side of the kitchen sink?

    Uhh....it's sideways?
Maybe not if it is on a Trombone.

It appears to be a trap alright although not particularly a P.

Them two traps are going into a 3" riser pipe? If so it might meet code by you. They allow wet venting if you oversize the drain pipe by the next pipe size, which means instead of a 2" pipe with proper venting, they are allowed to use 3" pipe with out venting.

Before calling it out I would call the local plumbing inspector and pick his brain.

As Ron said, the drain may not need venting.

But the trap needs repair. All that horizontal portion of the bad trap collects sludge. The typical way to rig that up is for both sides to share one trap.

I usually call for the electrical cord to be protected from damage and clamped to the back of the cabinet for safety.

Might also want to check whether your local Muni allows the dishwasher into the side of the disposal. Besides the lack of a proper high loop
