In what year did they start using 150-amp main breakers?

Mostly fuses into the 1950s and some into the 1960s, but some breakers in the 1950s too. So going with a breaker in the 1960s would be logical.
Size-wise, the 150 amp would not be uncommon, no different than 150 amp fuses.
