    Default Newer HWT - Above garage floor

    Do the newer types of gas HWTs with the "sealed burners",
    still need to be >18" off the floor of a garage? See photo.

    In most areas, the FVIR WH are not required to be elevated.

    You do see that there are other problems that should be reported.

    Yes, The rubber extension tub on the TPR extension and where it is directed.
