    Default Should panel be flush?

Is there any requirement in I-Codes or NEC that service entrance equipment/circuit breaker panel should be flush with the wall? Sorry no pix...

I'm sure someone will chime in with the code if there is one... Personally, I don't write it up unless I can't get the screws in easily. The most common thing I see, and what I assume you're talking about, is when the installer didn't account for the thickness of the drywall and just put the front of the panel flush with the front of the framing.
