    Greetings to all the Dallas area inspectors. I have made the jump from Insurance adjuster to PHI.

    Have you obtained your PREI license yet? What type of adjusting were you performing? Always nice to get a feel for the pulse in the IA world so how was it going there?

    "Professional Home Inspector" but the license designation is "Professional Real Estate Inspector". Try optimizing a WEB site with "Real Estate Inspector" instead of "Home Inspector".

    Yes I have a TREC Professional Inspector License. I was an "all lines" adjuster. My daily work was in commercial and residential property with some liability work thrown in for good measure.

    Thanks again, lots of great info being shared on the site.
