    Default Very old Federal panel

This Federal panel is much older than some I have seen and does not have the name "Pacific" on the panel, however it does say Stab-Lok. I am assuming this panel had the same design issues as the later FP brand, since the design appears the same. See photos.

it is safe to assume that. it is not safe(for you're client) to not assume that the panel should be replaced.

Is that in a clothes closet?

Nice fire starter in an area with easily ignitable material.

Yes, in the child's closet. No smoke detectors in house, and low wiring hanging over the jungle jim. All the same house. Party time !
