    Default One for the books

Anyone ever had to make recs for something like this? This house built in 1972, has a basement and a partial crawlspace. Water is directed from the roof into the drainage grate on the high side; goes into the broken drainage pipe and into a massive trench over 6' deep along the basement wall. This results in the mold you see in the basement. Looks like the earth was excavated to find the leak and then the owner just gave up. The best rec I can come up with involves heavy equipment and plans for a new house.
