    Cool Creative Plumbing

Found this shower stall in the furnace room of a 1983 house I did yesterday. The water was shut off at the main so I couldn't test it, but it had obviously been used. Noticed the front of the raised platform had a hinge in it, so I took a look underneath. Hmm; think they'll have an issue replacing the sump pump?
(No permits issued for this, which is no great surprise)

Not that big of a deal: shark-bite fittings will disconnect easy and besides, you only change the sump pump when the basement is flooded.
