    John,

    The person taking the photo may be a case of that old saying: "I don't have to outrun the bear ... I only have to outrun YOU."

    Now that person is outside the bear's interest area.

    I have a tee shirt I bought up in North Carolina which shows three guys running from a bear through the woods, the photo is accompanied by this: "Coming in second never felt so good!"
