Default Need some help with this installation

Need some help with this repair. Left vertical is a vent right is to a tub. I wasn't sure if there is a clearance between the San T and vertical drain? Educate me, thanks.

No problem with the clearance, but you have issues if the vent is supposed to be for the tub.

IRC 3005.1 & 706 - the sanitary Tee on the left side of the picture is not supposed to be installed on its' back.

Correct, that sanitary tee should either be a wye and an eighth bend as installed at the bottom, or it could be a combination wye and eighth bend as either would go from horizontal to vertical.

If left vertical is a vent as stated by OP, sanitary tee is allowed on its back as depicted. If left vertical is receiving discharge from any fixture, the tee would be incorrect.
