Default Tis' The Season for Last Minute Cancellations

I must have had 4 cancellations within 24 hours of the inspection in the past month. And since I never hear back from these buyers, I no longer hold onto their info and it goes right into my circular file cabinet. Oh well, looks like I'll have to go hunting tomorrow instead.

    Wheeeeeeee!!!!

If you do not make the call you will never know why you are loosing the business.
If you do not know the reasons you do not have the opportunity to possibly adjust for the cause. There 1000s of stores in the naked city and yours is just one.

I have no desire to follow up with the bulk of these buyers as they are not the type of clients I want to have any further contact with. They show me no courtesy by clogging up a spot on my schedule for days while I turn other people away who want the same day. And almost all of them lie anyway......"We have to cancel but we'll call back to reschedule". Never happens. And I don't need to talk with them to know why they canceled. They found somebody cheaper or somebody who is willing to perform the inspection at 5pm or on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday. No thank you.
