    Default Air exchanger no condensation

    Hi everyone,

The owner said he never has condensation leaking in the pipe when his air exchanger is functional ? Is it normal ? I thought every air exchanger does create condensation !

Oh and by the way, the filtered air is sent out from the air exchanger in the furnace room, It's usually connected to a ceiling grill. Any problem with that installation ?

    Thanks for your help

Its certainly not installed to manufactures specifications and its the unit is not going to remove and replace stale air through out the house as intended.
