Hi everyone. Just entering, formally, in this business. I'll probably be asking more than one question, since I've seen the mortgage companies and some other "clerks" asking for extra words or remove some others from reports. I'm pretty sure All of you, guys and colleagues, have the right words and advise to follow. Sometimes I said to myself: ".. before being in the construction/renovation or inspection business, I'd better take an attorney at law training..".

But I think the experience comes with the years in how a home or buildings should be done,
to make them secure and habitable.

Thanks for reading and having me in this important forum.
