Default I can't get rid of this box on all pages

The attached photo shows a box that pops up in the same place on all pages. Blocks out the view and function. The only way to get rid of it is to hit my browser back arrow.

Again, this is on ALL pages of this forum and shows up ALL the time. Very frustrating.

Am I the only one or is this a glitch in the software?

For those that see that what operating system and browser are you running?

I have never seen it and I test on many different platforms.

Can you tell what page/link it is that can't be found?

Well at least its not only me. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of that on both of my computers.
My next thing to do was pay my computer guy to figure out what was wrong with both computers

On Mozilla Firefox, I don't have it, but when I run Explorer it's there. My computer has XP.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

    Interesting, same for myself.

Using XP Pro and Firefox, no box and no problems.
Using XP Pro and MS Internet Explorer and get the box.

Happens using the pass through page using Inspectionnews.COM to get to the Inspectionnews.NET
Also occurs using the Inspectionnews.NET directly.

Using AOL as home page with Explorer.
Change to open "Internet Explorer without add-ons", still get box.

Might be the result of one of the settings for Internet Explorer. TOOLS - OPTIONS - ADVANCED
Will try to play later to see if I can find anything under that basket to help.

I don't have it on mine, Windows 7 or my other one with Windows XP.

    Google Chrome on both.

Not on my Samsung Note 2 either.

If you are having the issue try holding down the Ctrl key and hit F5. This should refresh the page from the server, not form your cache.

It looks like a component to a page was not available at one time and the IE has cached it.

See if the Ctrl + F5 will fix it and let me know.

    Thank you.

    DO NOT DO THIS !!
I REPEAT ---- DO NOT DO THIS.

It does not fix the problem. It erases everything you ever had for favorites, passwords, webpages. etc. It's like starting all over.

It was irrisponsible for Jim Roberts to suggest this.

AND it does not fix the F-*&ing problem.

I would only do what Brian suggests. If you do anything else -- it is on your own.

Ok. THe box is gone but....

There is no next page or similar button to see more posts. As long as the topics are on the first page, good to go. If on the second page, oh well.

I think we can call the box issue solved. I will start a new thread here in the HELP section for "Can't Get To Page Two"
