Hello from Frank Deniz iin Orange County, California

I will be opening my new home inspection business, Pinpoint Home Inspections, starting on July 1st. I've been a business owner in the construction / handyman business for about 17 years now (wow it doesn't seem like that long). My partner and I have decided to start a new venture now. I'm a little scared to start a new venture, but it will be a wonderful new path in my life.

When I was an inspector in Orange County I was a member of CREIA. If you have not already done so I would suggest attending their monthly meeting in OC.

I hope you will be attending the InspectionNews / COA Inspection Conference this October. THis is the 20th year anniversary and you will get great business and technical education and be able to visit the best vendors in the business.
