    Newer installs use a plastic covered line for underground. That's an older one. Note it in the report.

    Copper is fine for propane. The drip leg however should not be subjected to freezing however. I would also like to see some sort of physical protection for the copper gas line although I would be hard pressed to provide documentation to that effect.
