Question Drain tile of the house

Does anyone know that the drain tile should be verified and tested or not during the home inspection. Isn't is beyond the scope of inspection as it is not visible?

I would only comment on drainage tile if there are patently obvious signs of a problem.
    (i.e.) dampness/efflorescence/puddle/ at wall/floor junction of foundation.
Otherwise its beyond the scope of the inspection.

Thumbs up Re: Drain tile of the house

Thank you, Raymond. That's what I'm going to do in my inspection.
