FYI: The door from the kitchen to laundry room is a hollow door.
The door from garage to laundry room is solid.
I would call this in my report. The solid core door between the garage and laundry implies a fire separation and the surrounding walls should be a proper fire separation too. If the laundry were added into the garage later and an unbroken fire rated wall/door were in place between the garage/laundry and the kitchen then I would not think that the laundry room would itself need to be fire rated.
