    Default ISO wise advice!

    Hi
I have been searching for the best path to take for becoming a certified home inspector. Unfortunately, after many hours of online research and personal inquiry, I am confounded and confused by a lot of seemingly contradictory information on the value/ worth of certain training courses AND software reporting programs..... I am here to try to gain some sage knowledge. I would love to hear any opinions and experiences that some of you have had with training programs and/ or software programs. Thanks in advance!

You need to find out what is required for your state, some states only allow certain courses. In WI you will need to take the NHIE. The ASHI School is a pretty good school.
For software, I prefer Home Inspector Pro.
