    Non standard unconventional waste plumbing observed. Improper joints and mixed materials. Recommend replacement by a competent plumbing contractor.

    Start with: This is wrong in so many ways that the easiest to understand way is this - Have plumbing contractor remove this mess if no longer being used, or correct this mess if it is in current use.
