    Default Radon testing agreements

We recently started performing radon testing and wanted to see what type of Radon testing agreements were being used by other inspectors.

Two forms you should have for your radon testing:

    1. Your client contract: Describes the service you are providing, the date you will provide the service, the scope of the service, any specific requirements of the client, and the fee for the service.

    2. Home owner or caretaker agreement: You should prepare a Non-Interference Agreement for them to sign, which states that they agree to you performing this test, they understand the EPA protocol for close house conditions and that they will not interfere with the test procedure. (there are a lot of samples on the web)
