    Default No Icons

    I can not simply click a smilie from the list to place a smiley face in my message, I have to use the old : ) to get

    Any ideas, or a setting that might have changed???

    In your user control panel, check to see if "no smileys" is checked.

    Go to: http://www.inspectionnews.net/home_i...do=editoptions

    and in Miscellaneous Options

    and make sure
    • Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing



    is checked.

    in Thread Display Options

    make sure
    • Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)


    • is checked

      Other than that, try it on a different browser or computer to see if it is an issue on the computer/browser you are using.

      Let me know if you find the solution.

    Sorry for the delay, finally had a chance to use a different computer and the icons worked. So, I'm thinking I must have a setting issue on the main computer I use, which has windows 7 (recent upgrade) and when the problem started. I'll have to play around with it next week when I get a chance.

    Update, if anyone is reading.

    On one computer I just click the icon and it appears in the post. On the other computer I have to drag the icon from the list to the post, at least works.
