    I think it would be OK in either area, but I would mention it with the appliance.

    I would think about "who" is going to fix the penetrations, a plumber, carpenter, drywall guy, etc. and put it in the appropriate section. I would not think to look in the plumbing section for repair items when I had the drywall guy out to fix the other wall issues, just trying to think like a client.
