Hi I am Sara Warby I need tile advice help.
I have a shower that was built in 1983. We found mold behind the shower, on the mold resistant drywall from a recent water damage from a leaky pipe. My question is do I need to replace the entire tiled shower because I have removed the drywall that is behind a concrete mesh set for the tiles. Or can the shower hold up on its own with the concrete wire mess as its support?

Unsupported tile is not likely to be self-supporting very long. Too flimsy.

Bridge Man is probably correct. You will need to have someone on site to look at it. There are too many variables to tell from a photo.
