    Is the second photo showing 4 different twists and connections for that neutral/grounded conductor?

    If so, that's a super no-no.

    The other one, eh, maybe, if by itself, but, if the above is correct, have the electrician check it out while on-site making repairs to the above.

    What do you mean 4 differnent twists and & connections, what exactly are you refering to?

    Looks like that neutral/grounded conductor was too large for any one terminal when it was twisted together, so they twisted it together in 4 separate 'cables' so it would fit into those terminals.
