    Default Slab under manufactered home

I did a double wide with a complete slab under it today. This home had a vapor barrier (8 mil plastic) sitting on the slab with large areas where water has pooled. Obvious the water is not good but would it be better to pull the plastic and let the water sit on the concrete? Here in the pacific NW our humidity prevent evaporation 9 months of the year. Vapor barrier or bare concrete???

It sounds like there is a leak. If the concrete is above grade, I don't think the poly is needed, but there shouldn't be pools of water either.
Check for a leaky dishwasher hose. Sometimes they will run the drain hose down through the floor if it's not original equipment. I had one spray me once. Homeowner wanted to get her dishes done before the buyers arrived. I got some great action shots. That was a Double-wide mobile on a concrete slab.
