    Default Certified Pre-owned

So I pull up to my inspection yesterday and the for-sale sign in the front yard proudly says "Certified Pre-owned". Ooooh, that sounds very impressive.

If this is what certified pre-owned means, the listing agent might want to abandon that slogan.

Oh yes misleading and false advertising. Inspectors do not certify anything. Never have and never will. Its amazing how some inspectors are easily hood winked into some of these bull crap marketing ideas.

All you need is a bill of sale. Certified Pre-Owned.

Heck, just google the tax records and show where it was pre-owned. All you are certifying is that it is pre-owned.
